Compare to the standard hose you remove before you even try to install it! I didn't and wasted Saturday because of it. I changed the engines in less time. I believe the packaging may have caused the tubing to be bent differently than stock. However, the price can't be beat, replacing similar-looking A/C hoses costs about a quarter of the price, if not less. I have a feeling the engineers looked into this as it can simply be bolted to the subframe before bolting the subframe to the car. Maybe it's okay if you get a ride, but my body paid for it by bouncing on the jacks under the van. Another tip, just cut through the old hose at the strut to remove the flange bolt with a 14mm hex socket as it sits snugly there.
