Review on 🌪️ 6000TR Typhoon Short Ram Air Intake System by Daniel Shankle

I installed it on my Miata in about an hour. I don't have access to a dynamometer so I can't confirm the HP gain, but it definitely runs faster and more responsive at higher RPM! Absolutely beautiful, scratchy engine sound at high loads, no additional noise (compared to the standard vehicle) when cruising. The fuel consumption also seems to have improved slightly. Caution: Do not whistle very loudly up to high speeds (4k-6.5k). That being said, the build quality is excellent and feels very solid. PROS - Essentially a plug and play experience, perfect for a '99 Miata - Instructions were legible and logical - Engine response feels more "alive" - Engine noise is unaffected while driving - Well built, feels tough tactile components CONS – Expensive if you just want to improve intake airflow; You can just buy an aftermarket filter equivalent - nothing else really. Overall I would buy it again and would definitely recommend it to any car enthusiast.
