Review on Attwood 4505 7 Automatic Interior Diameter by Josh Jeffries

I have now purchased two S500 pumps from Amazon and would not recommend either this product or Atwood. Both of my pumps had their motor dying within 2-3 months of brief use. Compare that to rules of similar specification, they've lasted several years with the same light usage. One of the reasons I bought (and paid more) Atwood over cheaper overseas models was their warranty. Although they appear to have a strong guarantee, good luck if Atwood responds to the claim. I followed the instructions in the email, including prepaid return shipping, and have not received a reply. If you are considering any of these devices I would reconsider and recommend either buying a few cheaper devices and considering them disposable OR buying from a company that is actually worth buying their Rule type product.
