Layered styles are warmer than skinny styles. I'm tall, a little smaller than X-Large. At first I bought the large size and it stretched well but I knew the larger size would be warmer. I bought XX-Large and it fits perfectly, not tight at all. I wore it under a sweatshirt and loved the warmth and feel. I bought a few more xx sized ones and wore one over the other and the warmth was better than my best hoodie. Then I wear a thin long sleeve shirt over two thin layers and the warmth is better than my warmest sweaters. No more cold working days for me. Very comfortable and does not wear out even with 2 layers under the shirt.
