Review on πŸ”Œ Hamilton Beach Classic Stand and Hand Mixer - 4 Quarts, 6 Speeds, QuickBurst, Bowl Rest - 290W Peak Power - Black and Stainless by Jason Epstein

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I'm just not sure if it's the best of the small gadgets now.

So since I got it a month ago I've made bread, biscuits and cakes out of it. It's sleek and reminds me of my mom's 1960's osterizer. Not only does it come with a dough hook and kneading hook, it also comes with a whisk, which is something new to me. Now I have to make macaroons. I like and dislike that it doesn't turn on automatically. I guess you're used to one way and now this is a change. You can adjust the bowl so that it is not centered, but centered, which is new and interesting. I was baking bread today and it started smelling like an engine had burned out towards the end of the batch. Tomorrow I have to bake a cake for Christmas, if it smells again I need to contact the seller and discuss return or exchange. In general I am satisfied.

Pros
  • Blend with ease: With 290W peak power and 6 adjustable speeds plus Quick Burst, you can customize your kitchen blender for everything from fast beating to slow blending.
Cons
  • Slightly torn
