I only bought this for conference calls. Sound quality is ok for calls but bad for music. It's not a knock, but it just needs to be emphasized. The built-in intelligence isn't really useful if you're using Teams, Skype, or Meet. I've been told I can still hear background noise like keystrokes or half-noises. The microphone's noise isolation is better than some gaming headsets, but still picks up ambient noise. The battery life is 6 hours, it charges quickly and has a good range. The fit in my ear is mediocre and can be uncomfortable if not adjusted properly.
