I've been writing reviews for years and I always hate it when I see a review that complains about "a piece of junk". "if the only downside is your lack of reading skills. The product page clearly states that the QC slots are for Apple devices only (which means your Samsung devices won't charge fast. As I didn't buy them for that got, in anyways, this has nothing to do with me, but it is a great 7-port hub for my ultra-thin laptop, which has become ultra-thin because they stole almost all the usb slots to connect multiple devices. I have 1 hard drive that I only use when I'm backing up, this allows me to turn it off and only connect to it when I want to use it, so I get 5 stars for great quality, great performance and long lasting Aluminum body and you should give it 5 stars
