Good things first: This is probably the best leakproof bottle I've ever used. The plastic tip flips up, the lid snaps into place, and then there's a latch that you can use or not. This is the first time I've had a bottle that I can confidently shake like crazy without worrying about spilling! The bracelet fits perfectly on the wrist and feels very secure. Textured areas on the side help hold the bottle, and at least for the 28oz version, it fits naturally in one hand when running or carrying. I also appreciate the very clearly marked lines on the sides showing how much liquid is in the reservoir. Now for the cons: I guess I was too hopeful when I saw the "sports bottle" and thought it might be good for running but inferior to the running bottle. The grip is fine, but when the liquid is icy, that temperature goes straight to your hands. It's good on a hot day, but not great when the temperature is cooler and I find it uncomfortable. And the strap doesn't help here since it's a wrist strap. So I can only wear it while running and use the strap by wearing the bottle backwards. That's good, but not a perfect solution. Again, the bottle is great for storing liquids and preventing them from spilling, but seems better suited for pre- or post-workout use.
