BUY FROM THEM! Customer service at 10!

I bought this in June 2020 as a gift for someone who never installed it and then returned it. In August 2021, 14 months later, I installed it on an aluminum closed trailer. It paired when near the monitor as instructed, but reception was poor when the monitor was 33ft away in the car. I contacted them via email and after 2 days got a reply that they would send an updated product. Received in 6 days. It was a much higher level with a rigid reference antenna instead of a wire antenna on the first. This new camera does not match the cheaper original monitor. I contacted them and the same day, despite the time zone issues, I received an email saying they were going to send another monitor. Received in 5 days. They sent a brand new camera and monitor along with special adapter mounts and all the accessories that came with other cameras. Not only did the new monitor work very well with the high end camera on the back of the trailer, it was a split screen model so I was able to install the latest camera which had a similar but much better antenna than the first . INSIDE. Cargo monitoring trailer. This company definitely lives up to its "DOHONEST" name. There has never been better customer service from any company. Item shipped from Nevada. I drove the trailer 5200 miles in one ride right after it was installed. Not a single catch. It is very easy to install. Just mount it from the back with the included hardware and use the included wire connectors to connect it to the existing positive wire. Existing cables do not have to be cut. I used the wire to the running light above the door. Attach the negative cable to any metal on the trailer. With this connection, the camera is activated when the light is switched on. I needed about 6 inches of each wire. They put 10 feet in. The monitor can be powered from the 12V plug in your car or hardwired like a camera. The 12V plug has a switch. Other than what I've described here, this review didn't pay me much attention. They deserved it. Great company, great products, and quick and accurate answers to all my technical questions. I recommend and am a customer for life.
