The size is smaller! My review
They are very light, have a hard sole with excellent grip. One of my children has cerebral palsy and often bends a leg/toe. The upper and tongue of these shoes have a lot of opening and they are very easy to put on compared to some other brands that we have.

- Size 4 is perfect for growing toddlers and offers plenty of room for their growing feet.
