The bag is complete bullshit. I bought this as a gift and would be embarrassed knowingly giving it to someone who actually works in the kitchen. For the price, it makes a great gift for a mother who wants to feel "pro" or for a young person who wants to feel like that too. Quality? Poor. The seams were terrible. The material is thin, the slots for the knives are poorly placed and there is no way to fix the knives in the "roll". Durability? No idea. I won't use it. And nobody else should. Meaning? Poor. See above. The actual quality of the kitchen? No, not in the slightest. I wouldn't trust this bag with my parents' knife set, let alone a decent knife. All in all, probably good for a Halloween costume, but it's not really something you should buy for cooking work.
