I bought this for my guinea pig who is afraid of being picked up. All the reviews said their guinea pigs came in right away. Mine didn't want to go there. She stayed away from it for several days. I ended up replacing it with their little thatched hut. Sometimes I force her in when I remove her cage to hold her a bit. She stays in it and I find it easy to hold her. But I don't think she loves. Nothing against the product. She's just different. We found them in our garden and it took us a while to catch them. She's an independent woman I guess lol.
