Have been using the Arcan 3.5 ton jack for several years now. I bought it from Costco in 2004 for $69. He died a few weeks ago so I bought an Arcan XL20 as a replacement. Unlike others, mine was delivered undamaged. The packaging wire clip was fairly easy to remove - be careful. I have a relatively low muscle car and unlike my previous jack, the XL20 fits perfectly under the car. At 18.1 inches, it doesn't ride as tall as the 3.5 ton Arcan. It's a fast climber, and in terms of weight, other reviews say the XL20 is heavy - well, I guess that's a relative statement. The XL20 at 67lbs is a pleasure to move compared to my previous jack which is a heavy beast weighing 107lbs. The XL20 is a good jack that I would recommend to others.
