The best part is that it helps me organize my personal finances, business accounts, etc. It makes things easy when I am looking for information or trying to find someone's contact info or even searching for articles online. Also, there are some really great tools available as well (e.g., App). Nothing to dislike at this point! As always with these types of applications/websites, security can be an issue so make sure you understand what your options are if something were ever compromised regarding your account. We use one primarily because our accounting department uses this system but we also have access through other means as well. This has allowed us to collaborate together more easily.
