I typically ride my bike between 10 and 12 miles. I used to have a much wider bike seat, but it was too wide in the front and was chafing on my inner thighs. I switched to this bike seat and it took a little getting used to, but I really like it. Overall this is a pretty comfortable seat, it has a very nice sleek look and you can't beat the price. It's very important to make sure your saddle is the right height, tilted up or down in the right position, and you need to make sure the saddle moves forward or backward in the right position as it moves otherwise uncomfortable for your back and knees.
