I bought this webcam and followed the instructions. Not only could the driver software not be downloaded, but trying to find the software on the Logitech website was impossible! The software was supposed to load automatically on Windows 10, but it didn't, and I subsequently found more customer complaints about this issue on the Logitech Community help page. After two YouTube videos and an hour of repeated searches for a way to manually boot the OS, I gave up and returned this product. Of course, you can only contact the support team via a chatbot or email. I will never buy a Logitech product again!
