I am a 5ft 6 inch female and weigh 150 pounds. The photos aren't the best but if other women want to buy this vest you can see how it fits. It fits fairly well once you fully tighten all the straps and pull out the buoyancy blocks (I don't really think they will do much but I haven't taken it in the water yet.
