For some reason I can't bear to touch a wet sponge. But if it's not wet, you can't use it. If you leave it in the sink for a day, wet sponges will start to smell and get very dirty. Paper towels just don't cut. I needed something with the absorbency of a sponge, rough enough to scratch plates, pots and pans, and strong enough to withstand repeated tossing in the bleach washer. Six Whiff Bamboo cloth napkins are the answer to my prayer. The perfect size and I love the color coding as I like to give each color a different purpose. Dishes for people, bowls for dogs, pots and kitchen utensils, countertops, household appliances. And then I toss them all in the laundry when I wash my bleached kitchen towels and they look brand new. And they never stink, even if I leave them wet in the sink overnight (which I rarely do).
