
Tried it after my walks and occasional workouts. he has really good taste. The pouch is simple, it has a measuring scoop and like potato chips, there is a lot of air in the pouch. I had to fiddle around with the search a bit. I decided to try just 1/2 scoop for my first try, which is good because 1/2 scoop in 8 ounces of water was SWEET! The package doesn't say if it contains sugar or how much. I ended up adding 2 ounces of water to make it less sweet. If you're making a whole spoonful, prepare to be sweet! I'll try a whole scoop, but probably with a 20-ounce serving of water. Mixing takes a little time. The 4th photo shows simple mixing with a spoon. I had to let it sit for a minute and then mix it with a whisk. The blackberry/lemon flavor is really good and goes very smoothly! On fasting days it is necessary to try to add smoothies. Look forward to using it more often.
