Good quality item. Arrived 3-4 days after order. Packed and well protected in a hard cardboard box. It came off a lot easier than the old one came off. Fitted behind the driver in September 2013, along with new pads and fittings. Yes I had to swap both at once but there was neither time nor experience but now I'm doing it to get the right one for the passenger side. However, braking has improved by about 80%. Many other reputable brands were available but they were very happy with the purchase and looking forward to the feeling of security after installation number two.
