Review on 💪 High Power Dual Band VHF UHF 50W/40W Mobile Transceiver Vehicle Radio AnyTone AT-5888UV with Programming Cable by Evan Haynes

First I successfully set up this radio to communicate with the local repeater. I set frequency, offset, CTCSS and 107.2. It connects. Sounds good. However, the settings have to be re-entered every time I turn off the radio. I adjusted the CHANNEL FUNCTION AUTO STORAGE setting in both directions with the same result. I lose settings. Other radios I use CHIRP for radio programming. My Apple MacBook Air is working on the search. However, Anytone Mac does not recognize the USB programming cable with this. There is no support that I can find. This radio is made in China and not represented outside of Revain in the US. Bottom line: when it works, it's great. I just can't get it to work properly.
