Review on πŸš€ Denso 234-4162 Oxygen Sensor: Ensuring Optimal Engine Performance by Jayshawn Webb

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Feels like O2. Strangely enough, the project went awry. Felt like a man.

Item as advertised. There was no internet alternative procedure. Tired of being tricked by shady deals that something was wrong with my car, I decided to diagnose my "Check Engine" light myself. I drove to the auto zone, borrowed a small machine to read engine data and they told me to get an oxygen sensor. I have understood. BUT since I live on the east coast and my car is therefore a rusty bucket on wheels, one of the bolts on the exhaust pipe that this thing is attached to has come loose. (Side note - see what I did there. Say "unscrew". As if I hadn't had a hand in manipulating that bolt so hard that I literally unscrewed the stem (which was the illusion of victory at the time woke up but came to bite me.) Probably something that I and I suspect some of the other people reading this review must be working on an emotional level - taking responsibility for our own stupidity and its respective consequences When we've all done it - honest ownership, just think about how you can strengthen and heal relationships). Anyway, I used a hose clamp to secure the other side. If my car wasn't already scrap I'd weld on a new bolt, but given the condition of the car, that's enough. In general, it's still better than carrying my barely-legal pile of junk to the store.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled
