Wrong product received

ANSI #40 staggered link ordered (1/2" pitch, 5/16" width, staggered link). Received a three-row connector (Masterlink) type 430-3. Style 430 has a 1/2 inch pitch, 1.2 inch width and three 3/8 chain sections. Definitely nowhere the right product!
