Nobody has posted this so I thought I would as there is no specification. stated in the description: I determined 11.5 to 13.25 mA as the required current of the power pack, which in my opinion is primarily intended for the display (7 to 8 possible digits lit up, 4 voltages and 4 currents, with different digital segments). This was measured with an independent power supply configuration (but even that didn't make much of a difference). That means I connected a thin red wire to the positive pole, a thin black wire to the negative pole. I then connected the thick black cable to the signal measuring ground and the yellow cable to the voltage to be measured (I usually used an old 9V battery, but also connected it to the supply voltage). I didn't connect the ammeter circuit, but it showed all zeros. The current required seemed independent of the independent supply voltage, which I varied from 5 to 24 VDC. The voltage match compared to my VOM was about 50mV and varied with amplitude (about spec). I haven't tried calibrating my PTO but I think it's better than that. It's enough for my application anyway and I'm happy with the unit.
