I like that EYED has an easy to use platform for customers to submit their requests. It's also relatively quick when it comes time for us to get back to them! The only downside is how long our turnaround can sometimes be. Sometimes we have to go through several emails before getting someone who will actually respond! That said though the customer service team at Eyed always goes above and beyond in making sure you are happy with your experience. We've been using eyred since 2015 as part of a larger healthcare provider organization (not directly affiliated w/eyreed). Although they're not my favorite all around solution - there really isn't anything about this one thing itself that makes me dislike it so much. Eyed helps us keep track of patient information and keeps everything organized in one place.
