I just received it today. The edges are folded over to prevent the magnet from sticking. My car was freshly washed too. I tried putting them on the hood for a while to see if the heat from the hood would help flatten them, but that didn't help. I knew if I left them in the car they would fall off. However, for today's run, I only put them on the car when I had to park in spots where parking was inconvenient for me. The magnets are now lying on my kitchen table with heavy objects on top hoping to flatten them. I'll change my assessment if I can get them to stick properly
