I ordered this for work and wasn't sure I would like it once I opened it. But I've been using it for a few days now and I love it! The battery life is long, the operation is very simple and the earbuds? There were so many options and sizes! 3 different styles in different sizes so I was able to find one that fits perfectly. The only drawback is the volume. When I plug it in the sound is SUPER loud so I have to make sure it's out of my ear. I can adjust the volume on my headset or on my computer, but it's loud when I use it for the first time each day. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who uses the phone a lot for work or pleasure!
