Exactly as described and seems very sturdy.
I bought this roller for rubber roofing, vinyl flooring and vinyl wallpaper and a smaller roller for sound and heat insulation. Roller is good! It feels very solid and has two smooth finger circles to lean on when applying pressure. I don't know how to explain the reel itself, but it's a nice smooth hard rubber, not plastic, so basically it's exactly as described. I am very happy with this purchase.
