You see this jacket is beautiful and very warm so basically perfect. However, be prepared to reinforce the buttons once you get them as they fall out of the box. I knew that was going to happen, so I was prepared for it, and I don't really care. It would be nice if this wasn't a mandatory step that the customer has to do. As this is still an issue I'm giving it 4 stars when the jacket is actually 5 stars apart from the button issue.
