This is a fabulous Cast iron Dutch Oven. It's a nice, large size, holding 7 quarts. The pot and lid are ceramic cast iron, non-stick, and made of all non-toxic material. The knob is stainless steel. So the pot, lid, and knob are anti-rust and anti-corrosive.The non-stick surface is easy to clean. The cast iron keeps food hot for a long time. It can be used with electric burners or gas burners.It is oven-safe to 500*F. I bought this Dutch Oven so I could bake bread in it.
