The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for firmness is that the carrycot wobbles SLIGHTLY at the highest point (34 inches from floor to bottom of carrycot mattress). I have a planned cesarean and needed a cradle that I could move easily and also place on my high 30" mattress/bed. I have ordered the HALO bassinet TWICE and both times it was defective. The screw holes did not line up properly and the fabric was turned inside out making it impossible to connect. Also, my husband got a rash trying to set it up. We tried calling customer service and they were terrible. I'm writing this review to help other parents (particularly c-section moms) with bunk beds find the best crib. That's it. The investment is definitely worth it. Sturdy, durable, manoeuvrable, easy to clean (removable cloth for easy cleaning), vibrates, plays music and has a small night light. We live in a very small space and it's easy to move around tight corners and from room to room. Hope that helps!
