Well it SOUNDS like a great product. It sounds like the roof is cracking when these behemoths run hard and let their offspring run all the time. It was stressful for us, but especially stressful for our two cats. My most sensitive boy regularly made short work of himself hiding under my covers or hiding in my closet (which I left open to him). I was looking for something to help him adjust to this much noisier place. Feliway didn't work for our cats. They were recommended to us by someone from a group of cats on a social networking site. I found the price too high for the small amount of goodies you get but was willing to pay to reassure our furry little ones. Well they can help IF you can get your cat to eat them. First, they are large, not feline. Second, they are hard as rock. I'm not sure if I received an old, outdated package or if this is normal for you. I've tried breaking them into small pieces, soaking them to make them easier to eat, but nothing has helped. The fragments have been lying on the floor and on her scratching post for about four days now. Not a single cat will touch her. You're not helping if you can't infect your cat with it! So save money. Check out other alternatives. We finally found a soothing spray to use in the places you are that took the edge off. In the meantime, I'd like my $7 back for a handful of bricks, but I've already opened the package. It's not worth it. Just an observation. Many of us have the rock hard version. It must be either a very old batch or overcooked or some other problem. What struck me is that the manufacturer has not responded in any way to those of us who have received inedible stones. I don't think I will ever buy anything from this company again. Such a big difference in quality doesn't seem to bother them. Not good.
