Excellent customer service

I have cats and dogs. Getting hair off my hardwood floors was amazing. Recently my dog chewed the power cord in half. I emailed the support center to find out how to buy a new cable. After a few emails back and forth I got confirmation that a new power cord was sent free of charge!
