Not user friendly, difficult to clean, bad odor, bad customer support
Slices meat pretty decently but the unit arrived damaged. The outside casing was damaged, the unit has a strong smell similar to moth balls and is very noisy. It is very difficult to clean and the blades cannot be removed to clean any residue. The supplier has not responded to us after several attempts to contact them. I would not recommend the product even though it does cut the meat in slices as needed.
- Best way to cut meat for jerky!
- Cleaning the machine is a chore and can take a lot of effort and time
