Not user friendly, difficult to clean, bad odor, bad customer support

Slices meat pretty decently but the unit arrived damaged. The outside casing was damaged, the unit has a strong smell similar to moth balls and is very noisy. It is very difficult to clean and the blades cannot be removed to clean any residue. The supplier has not responded to us after several attempts to contact them. I would not recommend the product even though it does cut the meat in slices as needed.

Not something for your restaurant

It looked promising bad call. As soon as I opened the box 4 screws came off they were already making a sound inside the box. So I opened the side of the machine and they have not filed the edges they are so sharp so be careful you’ll cut you hand not once twice. Then I found the side cogs were sitting on the assembly the screws fell off from. Ok. Still I plugged it in and man it has a massive sound and whatever you throw in will get stuck so you have to turn it on off on to make it go through…

Does the job cutting but very difficult to clean

The machine does a pretty decent job when it comes to slicing meat. The problem I have with this machine is that the screws to open the box for cleaning a very difficult and tedious. This leads to you handling the machine with your hands too much which leads you cutting your hands.This is not a machine that you should allow staff to use because there are far too many ways to get hurt with it. I also recommend you have some sort of tool that you use in case you have to pull meat out from…

Awesome Product！What I am looking for!

It only takes a few seconds to slice the meat. Completely free hands, operation is very simple. Love everything about it . Very good product has saved me a lot of time in my business,but it takes a little time to clean. However, I quickly mastered the secret of cleaning and I figured out how to sharpen the blade. You have to be careful with your hands though, as the blades are very sharp. I'll include a video, which I'm sure will be helpful for those who like this machine.

Longer Time warranty

My meat cutter worked fine the two times i used it my 3rd time and didn’t turn back on they gave me until April 27 to return it back smh now is May 9 not good.

Great for taco trucks

I own a taco truck and we used to cut the meat by hand and it took so long to cut all the meat. When we bought this it took a lot less time to cut the meat and the finished product looked a lot nicer

Not worth it. in my review

The blades stop turning once meat is placed in the slot. Don't buy. The motor is not strong enough to cut the meat. The machine is designed to slice only specific types of meat, so versatility is limited!

Blades broke off on my review.

Blades got chipped. Showed the slicer to my handyman and said it’s very bad quality blades. Wished lasted longer That's my feedback!

Very Effecient: my feedback

Very effecient in cutting meat and vegetables. Some of the edges of the machine are very sharp so be extra careful when using and cleaning the machine. The blades are extremely sharp. It saves us a lot of prep time at our restaurant.
