Not comparable to Mini Prep Plus
I needed a replacement blade for my Cuisinart Mini Prep Plus but after looking at the prices for a new blade I decided to get a new one. The blade on this one is reversible depending on what you're using it for, but I won't touch the sharp blade any more than necessary. Who wants to decide which knife is best suited for their purpose? Attempted to cut dried rosemary with great failure. There is no handle on the bowl and the bowl doesn't hold as much as the Mini Prep Plus. If you're wondering what to buy, buy Mini Prep Plus. Wouldn't buy this again. Update: This is garbage. It will do nothing but chop or blend veggies. waste of money.
