, There is a small piece of plastic that acts as a flow valve at the end of the spout, it turned out to be broken and the piece was never put back into the mold as a body where the valve sits broken. There's also a problem, if you fill it up and try to use it right away, the water comes out at the top, adding unfiltered water to the fill. Not perfect.
