I'm new to the art world but I have a lot of different watercolor brands. This is my favorite brand. I know it's scary buying something so small for so much money, but do yourself a favor and buy this watercolor set. It fits in the palm of your hand and provides the perfect space for mixing and diluting colors. I personally love this set because it saves me a lot of time mixing colors to get the color I want. Don't get me wrong, I love mixing my own colors, but this set makes life so much easier. It may not seem like it will last long, but these little cans pack a punch. I have a Prima pastel set and it has lasted longer than my other sets and is holding up better. These paints come in their own little jar, making creating beautiful artwork so easy and organized.
