These little lightbulbs are AMAZING. I installed one above my front door on April 10th while it was still snowing in Chicago and it worked perfectly in the cold. It only appears at night and only when it senses movement. Although the switch can be set to the "ON" or "OFF" position. I've never gotten my key through a door in the dark, and it gives me a lot of light when I'm in front of the door. I have side lights on either side of the door, and even though I walk past these windows at night inside, they don't turn on the light from the outside, which is great. I've bought several similar products from online stores, but none of them have worked as well as this one. And the best part is that it DOES NOT USE BATTERIES. It comes with its own USB charger that you just plug in and plug in and the charge lasts for months. The magnetic strip that the light attaches to (optional) is strong enough to hold it securely over my head, which is attached to the side panel. Highly recommended! Okay, it's been MORE THAN 4 MONTHS and this light is still hanging outside over the front door. It continued to work perfectly. A few days ago I accidentally left the light switch "ON" for two days and then had to charge the light for the FIRST TIME. It has a light that lets you know it's charging and lets you know when it's fully charged. It doesn't get any better! Everyone I know asks what this form is. Nothing else on the market comes close in my opinion. I've tried 5 different types of flashlights, all with batteries, and they all worked poorly and burned out within a week or so.
