Review on Widget Brain by Olusola Edwards

The ease of use to set up rules and alerts! There are so many ways you can customize what works well or not at all for your organization. You can do everything from tracking employee hours to making sure they have enough time to take breaks/bathroom breaks during their shift. I wish there were more options available outside of standard shifts. It would be nice if we could specify certain things like "make sure person has 15 minutes between each break" instead of just having them work 8 hour days. If someone misses two bathroom breaks within an eight hour period it flags as being late even though our policy says no one should wait over three minutes after finishing any activity before going to wash hands. I like how Widget Brain allows me to schedule my staff to work at different times. It also helps me keep track of all of our staff. Sometimes it can be a little complicated but once you figure everything out, it is a great program. I highly recommend this software. It has really helped streamline our scheduling process. It makes scheduling tasks much easier than we had done before.
