I like that their customer service is exceptional! They are responsive when it comes to any questions we might have or issues they may run into along the way. The software itself has potential but needs some work in terms of UI / user experience (UX). It's very difficult at first for users who aren't familiar with working remotely. Give them a try - if they can get past all the learning curve then once its set up properly there really isn't much else needed. We had so many different tools out on site previously & were trying to pull everything together within one platform to help us track more efficiently.
