This meter works as advertised. The number one reason to buy a meter is a DC clamp meter for automotive use. It measures up to 50mA to detect phantom loads destroying a car battery after the engine has been turned off overnight. It also has True RMS for AC voltage and current. So you can use it for both HVAC and vehicle air conditioning. I used to use counterfeit meters. Don't waste money on them. You cannot trust them for the DC hold function. You get what you pay for. If I lose or break this meter I will definitely buy it again.
