Not advertised thickness and not flat.

Dimensions are listed as "15" x 9.5" x 0.5" but definitely not 0.5" thick. I have about 5/16" thick measured, which is even less than 3/8"! It's also not entirely flat so can only be used over a kitchen towel or other soft surface. For a product labeled "FOR PROFESSIONAL FOOD USE" these are serious issues .To be fair the cutting board itself is of acceptable quality and is actually high density polypropylene and not the cheaper polyethylene However please note that you will not receive the product described It used to be very easy to find decent cutting boards but for some reason it is very difficult now.
