I really like that they have an option for you to fill out their questionnaire before lending them your dogs services, so it's easy/quick! It also helps with peace-of mind when knowing if my puppy will be well taken care of while staying at someone else’s home or in daycare facilities. There are times where we don't get paid within 24 hours but sometimes there can take up to 5 days for our payment to arrive from PayPal (the platform used). Overall good service though!! We've found many places who love having doggy guests and just didn't want us paying full price. This was perfect as they could use our pup during her stay which saved money overall!
