Review on FEIERDUN Heavy-Duty Adjustable Weight Bench With Incline & Decline - 700Lb Capacity And Extended Size - No Assembly Needed by Todd Mohr

This bench won't lie flat

This bench is not flat. This is inexplicable. It would have been trivial to locate one of the stop holes at the position where the back portion of the bench is parallel to the seat portion.Edited - 4/13I received an email from the manufacturer regarding this review that recommended (in broken English) that I change the seat position. Yes, there is a seat a position in which the seat is roughly co-planar with the back. But, in this position, neither the seat nor the back is flat, i.e., is parallel to the horizontal. Both surfaces are a couple degrees off of horizontal. Additionally, I'm becoming concerned as a move up in weight that the whole think is rickety and weak, particularly for declines. I should have just bit the bullet and bought a Rogue, and as a general matter, we need to think a lot harder as a country about whether all this cheap stuff China is worth it. These people are not our friends.
