I wanted something non reactive so decided to give it a try as my hard anodized kit is starting to show aluminum. They look very pretty and feel lighter than the Calfolone I used. They conduct heat very well, allowing me to use a lower flame. I haven't had any staining issues and have even kept tomato sauce in one of them overnight. I wash them by hand and use silicone dishes. After three months of use I've noticed a few small chips around the edges, probably related to storage with other pots and pans, so I wouldn't rate them as durable as Calfalon, but I've had an old school pro series, and really don't think anything will ever last as long as they do! If you are looking for an inexpensive good looking nonstick kit I would give these a try.
