NOT non-stick and NOT worth $

These pans really confuse me. I've had them for a month now and they don't work as a nonstick pan at all. You definitely need oil and still chopsticks. Every time I cook something in it, the surface of the pan turns black. Very disappointing as I wanted a non-chemical, non-teflon non-stick coating, but I think I'll have to keep looking. What to do with those pans in a month?

Follow the instructions and you will be happy!

I love these pans! After reading the negative reviews, I can say that these people may have used high heat, hit the pot with cold water while it was still hot, used oils with a high smoke point, or cleaned it with harsh sponges or abrasive cleaners need to have. Yes, all of this will destroy these awesome pans in record time. If you follow the instructions, they are easy to care for and last a very long time.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Slightly torn

I've been using non-stick pans for a long time. They worked fine initially, but probably the non-stick coating stopped working after a few weeks. I can't even fry eggs in these pans now so I have to throw them out and buy new ones. We have an electric stove, not a gas stove. On the outside, the pots originally had a beautiful blue color, but now they are impossible to clean. I was happy to get new pans after using our old ones for 20 years so this is very disappointing.

  • Good installation

Best Cooking Set

I replaced the entire teflon set with this green ceramic pan set. First of all it's really beautiful. It stays nice even after stains from the oven etc. It looks nice in general. Second, I like that it's a lot lighter than my old William and Sonoma set. I don't care about half a ton 1000-ply fashionable steel case anymore. As other reviewers have pointed out, the screw heads that attach the pan handle to the body of the pan don't remain as white as the rest of the pan. For some reason they seem

Great looking inexpensive non stick kit

I wanted something non reactive so decided to give it a try as my hard anodized kit is starting to show aluminum. They look very pretty and feel lighter than the Calfolone I used. They conduct heat very well, allowing me to use a lower flame. I haven't had any staining issues and have even kept tomato sauce in one of them overnight. I wash them by hand and use silicone dishes. After three months of use I've noticed a few small chips around the edges, probably related to storage with other pots…

Durable, peelable

I was excited about this pan set because of the safe image and guarantees that Green Pan offers. But in the meantime, the pot set has proved me wrong. In fact, the durability of frying pans is far below the overall durability of a frying pan. The coating on the inside and outside came off very quickly. I've always hand washed them, followed all the durability instructions, but that didn't help the durability. Green Pan guarantees "safety of metal utensils" but wasn't sure at all. Even tough I…

First pan used outside of the set

I only bought this set because I read that hard iodized pans are harmful to health. I replaced the entire Calafalone (sp) set with this Green Pan set. I have had my Calphalon set for about 7 years and have had no problems with them other than reading that they are unhealthy. This green pan set arrived well packaged, absolutely beautiful and looks exactly as described; However, I used a large pot to make spaghetti sauce for the first time last night and I'm not happy with the result. This is the
