I was excited about this pan set because of the safe image and guarantees that Green Pan offers. But in the meantime, the pot set has proved me wrong. In fact, the durability of frying pans is far below the overall durability of a frying pan. The coating on the inside and outside came off very quickly. I've always hand washed them, followed all the durability instructions, but that didn't help the durability. Green Pan guarantees "safety of metal utensils" but wasn't sure at all. Even tough I usually used wooden utensils, a few times metal was enough to damage. Also, it states that all stovetops (except induction) are safe, but my regular stovetop was not suitable for frying pans. By simply putting the pot on the stove, you have damaged the bottom of the pot. Although the stains on the inside are very easy to clean, the stains on the outside coating cannot be cleaned. When I read reviews like this before buying I thought you must have mistreated the pans so this happened' because I really trusted the brand and its image but now I have used it and am very disappointed. Perhaps if you only cook for time and eat outdoors more, these pans will come in handy. But if you cook regularly, you can throw it away after 7-8 months.
