The best thing about this system for me personally was that I could see all my sales in one place! This allowed us as managers to quickly find what we needed when looking at our reports. We also had access to very detailed info regarding each item sold within our stores. There were some glitches with how they implemented their POS systems but once those problems got fixed everything worked great again. If there's anything i'd like to change its maybe make more customizable options available so users can have even better control over where/what items are displayed etc. As far as benefits go I would say being able to easily track customer purchases throughout different departments helped increase productivity greatly.
