It integrates with Salesforce CRM so that my reps can easily pull up all of their pipeline information right from within our system.
As an account manager I find it difficult to navigate sometimes; sometimes there are too many things open at once which leads me not to use those features very often (sometimes you need to learn how to make simple changes!). Also when rep closes they have to go through multiple steps just to turn off reminders or delete them completely! This is such a great tool for having instant access to everything in your pipeline! Having visibility into where each opportunity stands gives us more confidence in our decision-making process.
